You can manage your payment method from the Scooter's Coffee app or the Control Panel online.
How do I update the credit/debit card on my account?
Head into your Account settings and tap the “Payment Preferences” option. Add a new credit card by tapping the "Add A Payment Card" option. When you add a new card to your account, it will automatically replace your previous card on file. Please follow these steps even if you only need to update the expiration date on your card, as saved card information cannot be edited after the fact.
Updating your payment method from the web:
- Login to your account at https://www.thelevelup.com/a/scooters_coffee using your Scooter's Coffee credentials
- Click Control Panel in the top right panel
- Click Payment
- To remove a card, click 'Remove' to the right of the card and confirm
- To add a new card, click 'Add New Card,' fill in your card information and click 'Add New Card' again
Multiple Cards:
You may add two cards to the app at once. This way, you can use different payment methods without needing to add them each time you'd like to switch your preferred card. To select a card as the default card to use on your transactions, head into that "Payment Preferences" section of the app, long press your preferred card, then tap "Make Default." If you'd like to use the other card on an order, please be sure to make that card your default card before starting your next order!
