I updated to the new app but there's an issue with my gift card balance, free drinks and/or Smiles progress in the My Rewards tab

When updating to the new Scooter's Coffee app, guests' gift card balances, loyalty progress, and free drinks are all migrated automatically as long as the same email address is used to create the new account. You can view your balance, loyalty progress and free drinks in the "My Rewards" tab of your app.

If you're not seeing a gift card balance, loyalty progress or free drinks that were previously available in your original account, then you may have used a different email address to create your new account than the one that was used to create your original account. 

If you've created your new account under a different email address, then we'll just need to deactivate that new account and you can sign up again using your original email address.

To deactivate your new account:

  • Log into your control panel here using your Scooter's Coffee app login credentials: www.thelevelup.com/a/scooters_coffee 
  • Select the "Account" tab
  • In the bottom right corner of the next screen, select the "Deactivate Account" option (underneath the password reset option)
  • You will then just need to re-enter your email address associated with your account and click the "Deactivate Now" button.

Once that new account is deactivated, you can sign up for the app again using your original email address. Your rewards will immediately be added to your account. You'll be able to view everything by tapping on the Rewards tab once you're logged into the right account.

If you can't recall the email address that was used to create your original account, please email us all email addresses that could have been used to create the account at scooterscoffee@thelevelup.com, and we can see if we're able to find your email on our end.
