My Transaction Went Through Twice. How Do I Get A Refund?

If you have duplicate in-store charges made through your app:

  • Please send us a support request from the app (Settings > Frequently asked Questions > CONTACT US) or an email (scooterscoffee@thelevelup.com) from the email address tied to your Scooter's Coffee account with the following information:
    • Date of the transactions
    • Amount of the transactions
    • Location

If you were charged twice for the same purchase--once through the app, and once outside of the app directly (in cash, credit, gift card, etc):

  • Please send us a support request from the app (Settings > Frequently asked Questions > CONTACT US) or an email (scooterscoffee@thelevelup.com) from the email address tied to your Scooter's Coffee account with the following information:
    • Date of the transactions
    • Amount of the transactions
    • Location
    • A picture of your receipt for the charge made outside of the app

If you have duplicate charges from the same order ahead transaction:

  • Please contact Scooter's Coffee here.

If you weren't charged twice but still need a refund:

  • Please contact Scooter's Coffee here.
