You can pause and re-activate rewards by selecting 'Rewards' from the home screen of the Scooter's Coffee app.
From there, please tap on 'You have X available reward(s)' on the bottom of the screen.
From here you can see any rewards that are available to be paused. Please note that not all rewards can be paused. Additionally, pausing rewards does not change the expiration date of the reward.
When the toggle is red, this means that the reward will automatically apply to your next eligible order through the Scooter's Coffee app. When the toggle is grey, the reward will not apply to any order until it has been toggled back.
